Just Sit The Fuck Down

I’ve have recently been working on my morning routine and mediation is one of the items on my list.  I recognize that I need this for my mind… for my persistent cranky ass attitude.  Meditation is not easy for me, but it has a serious impact on my days.  It is necessary to just stop and take a moment to go inward.  So stop making excuses… allow 2 minutes or 10 or more for some self care and just sit the fuck down.  Find a quiet moment, it really is powerful.  Remember this is a practice, go inward and just observe.  Don’t judge, don’t have expectations, just breathe and be with yourself.  Don’t forget to smile and offer yourself and this world gratitude at the end.
